Steve Skinner is a resident of Hot Sulphur Springs. A dedicated public servant, Steve has a storied history of serving the community through public radio broadcasting and as a volunteer for many local non-profits including Namaste Hospice, Suicide Prevention, Domestic Violence Helpline and more. He is an award-winning broadcast and print journalist who pays attention to local government. His dedication to community service has led Steve to run for commissioner. Steve moved to Colorado in 1982 and moved to Grand County in 2017.
The purpose of this survey is to get a glimpse of people in the community and get your opinion on a variety of issues. If I become a county commissioner I want to know what constituents think and I want to hear from the community on a regular basis. Remaining open minded and listening before making decisions will better inform my actions as your representative.
